Return & Refund Policy

At Haji Saab Jewellery Box Maker we aim to provide convenient shopping experience. We offer 15 days Return/Refund policy, for Return/Refund claim please contact us via call or email.

Conditions for Return:

• The product is damaged, defected or incomplete.
• The product delivered does not match the product ordered.
• The product is in its original and undamaged packing (careful opened package will not be considered damaged).
• The product received does not match the size ordered.

Please note that:

• The minimum time for processing return or refund is 07 working days.
• In case of REFUND shipping and handling charges will not be refunded.
• This policy applies to local orders only.

Customized orders CANNOT be refunded or returned.
