What customers ask before they order. Anything not covered here, put it on WhatsApp and someone at the counter will answer it.
Add what you want to the bag and press send. It opens a WhatsApp chat with your list already written out. We reply with a price and a delivery date, usually within the hour while the shop is open. There is no card form to fill in.
Yes, anywhere in the country. Lahore is usually next day, other cities take three to five working days by courier. Larger orders travel by cargo and we confirm the timeline along with the quote, before anything is dispatched.
Cash on delivery is available on retail orders nationwide, and you are welcome to open the parcel before you pay. Bulk and custom-printed orders take an advance, half up front and the balance before dispatch, because that stock is made to your order.
That is most of what we do. Send us your logo and point at the box you like, and we come back with a sample and a rate. Printing and foil stamping carry a minimum quantity and add roughly a week to the timeline.
Send us a photo on WhatsApp and we replace it. You have 15 days to raise a return or refund claim, and the product needs to be in its original packing. The full terms are on our return and refund policy page. Custom-printed stock is the one exception: it carries your name, so it cannot be returned or refunded.
