We want buying from us to be simple, including the part where something has to come back. A return or refund claim is raised within 15 days. Call the shop or send an email, and someone here will take it from there.
What follows is the whole of it: the grounds a claim stands on, how long a refund takes to settle, and the two cases where the rule is different: a customised order and a discounted one.

15days to claim
A return or refund claim is raised within 15 days, by call or by email. Nothing needs to be sent back before you have spoken to us.

Processing a return or a refund takes a minimum of 7 working days. A refund covers the product; shipping and handling charges are not returned with it.
Conditions
Any one of the first three is reason enough to send an order back. The fourth is not a reason; it is the condition the product has to be in for the other three to be settled.
The product is damaged, defective, or something is missing from what was sent.
What was delivered does not match the product on your order.
The product received does not match the size you ordered.
The product is in its original, undamaged packing. A parcel opened carefully does not count as damaged packing.
Please note
A return or a refund takes a minimum of 7 working days to process.
On a refund, shipping and handling charges are not refunded.
This policy applies to local orders. If you ordered from outside Pakistan, email or call us and we will settle it with you directly.
Anything made to your order, whether printed, foiled or built to your specification, cannot be returned or refunded. It carries your name, so there is nobody else to sell it to.
While a sale is running, a return or a refund on a discounted product is accepted in a single case: what arrived is not the product you ordered.
Everything else in this policy still holds: the window, the processing time, and the packing. The grounds are what narrow, and only for the duration of the sale.
